Chopped Caprese Salad

Chopped Caprese Salad is a classic with the perfect trio of fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and basil. Drizzled with a balsamic glaze, it is the perfect flavor-packed salad!

Ingredients

  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes *chopped
  • 1/2 bundle asparagus *chopped
  • 1 cup Basil *chopped
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese *chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt/pepper *To taste

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve! Enjoy!
