Cream Cheese Frosting

cream cheese
softened

butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper leaving the sides a little longer to create a sling.
In a large bowl, use an electric beater to mix butter, applesauce, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Add in the bananas and sour cream, mixing until just combined.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Slowly add dry mixture into wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the bars cool, make the cream cheese frosting by mixing all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Once the bars have fully cooled, spread the frosting evenly on top and sprinkle the walnuts. Slice into 24 bars and serve!
