Sausage and Veggie Tin Foil Packets
Beat the heat this summer and try these sausage and veggie foil packets. Flavorful sausage, tasty veggies, and a seasoning you don't want to pass up! Budget friendly and family friendly too!

Ingredients
1
red pepper, sliced
2
ears of corn, quartered
1
onion, diced
2
zucchini, sliced
5
small red potatoes, quartered
1
package summer sausage, diced (I use Eddy's Jalapeno, any works though)

Olive Oil
1
tablespoon
Oregano
1
tablespoon
Parsley
½
teaspoon
Garlic Powder
1
teaspoon
Paprika
Salt/Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place red pepper, corn, onion, zucchini, potatoes, and sausage into a large bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the Olive oil, Oregano, Parsley, Garlic Powder, Paprika, and salt/pepper.
Pour seasoning mixture over the meat and veggies, tossing to coat.
Place a large piece of tin foil on the counter and pour meat/veggie mixture into center.
Using a second piece of tin foil, same size as the first, place on top and fold up sides to create a secured packet.
Place packet onto preheated grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until all is tender.
Remove from heat and carefully open packet. Serve!!
