Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tray with liners (or grease).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine the bananas, sugars, egg, oil, and vanilla.
Whisk banana mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Pour batter evenly into prepared muffin cups, filling about 2/3 full.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla together until smooth.
Scoop about a spoonful of cream cheese mixture onto each filled muffin cup and continue until all muffin cups have cream cheese.
Place pan into preheated oven and bake for about 18-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
