Simple Chicken Gravy

This Simple Chicken Gravy can be made with or without chicken drippings and brings incredible flavor to any dish!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan.
  • Add flour and blend thoroughly.
  • Slowly add in the broth, salt, and pepper.
  • Allow to simmer until mixture thickens.
  • Serve!
