semi sweet chocolate chips
*miniature is best

vanilla extract

peppermint candies
*or candy canes
Toppings of choice (whipped cream, sprinkles, crushed peppermint, candies, etc.)
Instructions
To a medium sauce pan, add milk, cream, sugar, salt, chocolate chips, and peppermint candies.
Heat over medium heat until steamy, and chocolate chips have dissolved, careful not to boil.
Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.
Top with whipped cream and serve!
