In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the breadcrumbs and stir until golden brown and toasted.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, and Ranch in a mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer.
Once smooth and creamy, add in the chopped pickles.
Sprinkle the toasted bread crumbs on top and serve with chips, pretzels, veggies, and more! *If not serving right away, store covered in the refrigerator, but do not top with breadcrumbs until serving.
