sugar

light corn syrup

roasted peanuts

baking soda
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt.
Heat over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until the mixture begins to boil.
Add in the peanuts and a candy thermometer, continuing to boil until temperature reaches 300 degrees F.
Stir in the butter and baking soda.
Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper and smooth into a thin layer.
Allow the brittle to cool and harden before using a rubber mallet to break it into small pieces. Enjoy!
