Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
Add in the egg and vanilla extract.
Add in the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt and stir until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using a medium cookie dough scoop, drop dough on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Place cookie sheet into preheated oven and bake for 9 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow cookies to sit 5-10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet and placing on cooling rack/eating!
