- 1 lb ground beef *or turkey
- 6.8 oz Rice A Roni *beef flavored
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese *shredded
- 2 cups French Fried Onions
Preheat oven to 350º degrees. Grease a 9×13-inch pan. Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to boxed directions.
While rice is cooking, cook ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, prepared rice, and soup. Spread into prepared pan. Top rice mixture with shredded cheddar cheese and fried onions.
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes! Remove and serve!
