Cheesy Ground Beef and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef *or turkey
  • 6.8 oz Rice A Roni *beef flavored
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese *shredded
  • 2 cups French Fried Onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º degrees. Grease a 9×13-inch pan. Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to boxed directions.
  • While rice is cooking, cook ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, prepared rice, and soup. Spread into prepared pan. Top rice mixture with shredded cheddar cheese and fried onions.
  • Bake in oven for about 20 minutes! Remove and serve!
