- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoon garlic *minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 lb green beans *fresh is best, ends trimmed off
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese *grated
In a large bowl, whisk the oil, minced garlic, egg, and salt.
Add in the green beans and toss to coat thoroughly.
Place beans on a greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the beans evenly.
Place baking sheet in a preheated oven, 425 degrees, and bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and serve immediately!!
