- 1 lb Ground Beef *can sub Turkey
- 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 can Pinto Beans (rinsed and drained) *about 1 cup
- Corn Chips
- Shredded Cheese
- Shredded Lettuce
- Chopped Tomatoes / Cilantro
- Sour Cream
Preparation
In a large skillet, brown the meat until no longer pink, drain fat.
Add in Chili Powder, Flour, Salt, Garlic Powder, and Taco Seasoning and mix thoroughly
Slowly add in water and beans, stirring to combine
Allow to simmer on low, about 10 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed
Remove from heat and begin assembly
Assembly
Place corn chips on plate
Scoop meat and place on top of chips
Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, source cream
