- 18 Rhode's Rolls
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese *shredded
- 4 garlic cloves *minced
- 4 oz jalapenos *canned, drained
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon Taco seasoning
Place frozen rolls into pan and allow to thaw for about 30 minutes.
Quarter each roll and place all the pieces into a medium mixing bowl.
Add in the cheese, garlic, jalapenos, olive oil, salt, and taco seasoning.
Spray a 9x13 (oven safe) pan with cooking spray and spread mixture evenly on bottom.
Spray a piece of til foil with cooking spray and place coated side down on top of pan to seal.
Allow rolls to rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat smoker to 350 degrees and place pan on grates for about 40 minutes.
Remove foil and allow to cook an additional 5 minutes before serving!
