- 1 lb chicken *cooked/shredded
- 10 oz mixed vegetables
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup *10.5 oz can
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1 package premade biscuits *8 count
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, mixed vegetables, salt/pepper, and cream of chicken soups.
Spread mixture on bottom of cast iron skillet.
Place skillet in preheated oven, 425 degrees, for about 20 minutes.
While chicken mixture is cooking, place biscuits on cookie sheet and bake according to package directions.
Once chicken mixture is cooked/warmed, place cooked biscuits on top and place skillet back into oven for an additional 5 minutes.
