- 2 1/4 cup flour *all purpose
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 4 mini loaf pans, or 1 large loaf pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour batter evenly into prepared pans and place pans into preheated oven.
Bake for about 30 minutes if mini loaves, and about 60-70 minutes if large loaf.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before removing from pan and serving!
