SMOKED DEVILED EGGS

gather your ingredients

– eggs – mayonnaise – chives diced – brown mustard – apple cider vinegar – salt/pepper to taste – smoked paprika – Chupacabra/Slap Ya Mama  – bacon

To make smoked deviled eggs, start by boiling eggs in an Instant Pot. Preheat the smoker to 180 degrees, smoke the hard-boiled and peeled eggs for 30 minutes, then cool and slice them.

Remove the yolks and mix them with mayonnaise, chives, brown mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a Ziploc bag. Pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites, top with crumbled bacon, Slap Ya Mama/Chupacabra, and paprika. Chill before serving.
