5. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. 6. Add in the eggs, one at a time. 7. Scoop cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust. 8. Bake in a preheated oven, 325, for about 25-30 minutes.
