1. Place all ingredients minus half and half & cheese into the Instant Pot. 2. Place lid on and move valve to sealed position. 3. Set to manual, high pressure for 3 minutes.

4. Do a quick release. 5. Stir in the half and half and shredded cheese. 6. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes, or until thickens up to desired preference.
