– Chicken – Olive Oil – Balsamic Vinegar – Italian Seasoning – Plum Tomatoes – Red Onion – Italian Cheese – Basil

Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Place chicken in a Ziploc bag, pour in half the marinade, seal, and shake to coat.
