1. Preheat oven/grill.2. Place pita breads on a flat surface and spread Buffalo sauce evenly on top.3. Spread cooked chicken on top of Buffalo sauce.4. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top of chicken.
5. Place pita bread carefully onto grates of grill/smoke.6. Allow to cook until cheese is melted.7. Remove from heat and sprinkle Feta cheese on top.8. You can garnish with some chopped Cilantro before serving!
