Buckeye Balls

- Peanut Butter - Butter - Vanilla Extract -  Chocolate Chips (I use semi sweet but any type works)

gather your ingredients

1. Beat peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth. 2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar until its combined and a dough like consistency is reached. 3. Scoop mixture into tablespoon balls and rolls using the palm of your hands. 4. Place on a cookie sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. 5.  Place in freezer

6.  Melt chocolate chips in a small bowl. 7.  Remove peanut butter balls from the freezer and place a toothpick in the top of them. 8. Use the toothpick to carefully dip the balls into the melted chocolate, leaving the tops uncoated for the buckeye look. 9. Return the ball to the cookie sheet and remove the toothpick. 10. Set pan in fridge to fully set the chocolate before serving/eating!
