French Onion Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded (or diced)
  • 1 cup green beans (or veggie of choice)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup almonds, slivered
  • 6 oz. French fried onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, green beans, cheese, sour cream, mayo, cream of chicken, and almonds.
  • Spread chicken mixture evenly into pan.
  • Place pan into oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle the onions evenly on top.
  • Place pan back into oven again and bake an additional 5-8 minutes, or until onions are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and serve!
