Cilantro Lime Grilled Shrimp
This seafood dish is quick to prepare and just the right amount of cilantro, lime, and garlic! This summer, add this to the meal plan and fire up the grill!
- 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- salt/pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and garlic.
Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly.
Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill shrimp in a cast iron pan (or on skewers) for 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from heat and serve!
