Instant Pot Jasmine Rice
Fluffy, moist Jasmine Rice made in a fraction of time using the Instant Pot.
- 2 cups Jasmine Rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
Rince/drain rice thoroughly and place in Instant Pot.
Place cover on Instant Pot and close to lock.
Ensure the valve is on "sealed".
Cook on manual, high pressure, for 4 minutes.
Allow a NPR (natural pressure release) for 10 minutes.
Move valve to "vent" remaining pressure.
Open lid and use a spoon to fluff rice.
