Instant Pot Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can tuna *drained
  • 1 cup peas
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese *Shredded

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients minus half and half & cheese into the Instant Pot.
  • Place lid on and move valve to sealed position.
  • Set to manual, high pressure for 3 minutes.
  • Do a quick release.
  • Stir in the half and half and shredded cheese.
  • Allow to sit for about 5 minutes, or until thickens up to desired preference.
