- 1 package Smoked Sausage *cut into slices
- 1 onion *diced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cups pasta *cooked/drained
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 15 oz Alfredo sauce
- Parmesan cheese *desired amount
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add in the diced onion and sliced sausage cooking until onion is tender.
Add in the cooked pasta, spinach, Cajun seasoning, and Alfredo.
Stir to fully incorporate sauce over pasta and reduce heat to low.
Allow to cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until warm and spinach leaves have cooked down.
Add desired amount of Parmesan cheese and serve!
