Pesto Chicken Sliders

Using only 8 ingredients, these easy, cheesy Pesto Chicken Sliders come together in no time and make a great appetizer/meal option!

  • 1 lb chicken *boneless/skinless, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup Pesto sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese *shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 2 tbsp butter *melted
  • 1 tomato *sliced
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls


  • Cook and shred chicken. Set aside.
  • Cut Hawaiian rolls in half, placing bottom half of rolls into 9x13 pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and 1/4 cup Pesto sauce.
  • Spread remaining 1/4 cup Pesto sauce on top half of rolls.

  • Add chicken mixture evenly to bottom half of rolls.

  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over chicken, followed by 1 tomato slice per roll.

  • Add the top half of rolls on top of the tomato slice to form sandwiches.

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Parsley, and garlic salt.
  • Brush mixture evenly on top of rolls.
  • Cover pan with aluminum foil and place pan into the preheated oven (375*).
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
