Pesto Chicken Sliders
Using only 8 ingredients, these easy, cheesy Pesto Chicken Sliders come together in no time and make a great appetizer/meal option!

- 1 lb chicken *boneless/skinless, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup Pesto sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese *shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 2 tbsp butter *melted
- 1 tomato *sliced
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
Cook and shred chicken. Set aside.
Cut Hawaiian rolls in half, placing bottom half of rolls into 9x13 pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and 1/4 cup Pesto sauce.
Spread remaining 1/4 cup Pesto sauce on top half of rolls.
Add chicken mixture evenly to bottom half of rolls.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over chicken, followed by 1 tomato slice per roll.
Add the top half of rolls on top of the tomato slice to form sandwiches.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Parsley, and garlic salt.
Brush mixture evenly on top of rolls.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and place pan into the preheated oven (375*).
Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
