- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup onion *chopped
- 32 oz Chili Beans
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 10 oz Rotel
- 3 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- toppings of choice
- Frito corn chips
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion together until beef is no longer pink.
Drain fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning and water, allowing mixture to simmer over low heat for about 3-5 minutes.
Add chili beans, tomato sauce, and Rotel to your slow cooker.
Add in the ground beef mixture and stir to combine.
Cover slow cooker with lid and cook on low 5-6 hours or on high for about 3 hours.
Once ready to serve, add frito corn chips to a bowl and scoop desired amount of meat on top of chips.
Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
