Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese *shredded
  • 4 garlic cloves *minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bag French fries *24 oz bag

Instructions

  • Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
  • Drain fat using a colander and place meat into a 9x13 baking dish.

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the relish, ketchup, mustard, garlic, and cream of mushroom soup.
  • Pour mixture over the ground beef.

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of mixture.

  • Cover the top of the casserole with the french fries.

  • Bake in a preheated oven, 350 degrees, for about 40 minutes.
