- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 cup celery *diced
- 1/4 cup green onion *sliced
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Hardboil the eggs and allow them to cool entirely before peeling.
Chop eggs using a slicer or knife.
In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, green onion, salt/pepper, Paprika, and seasoning (if using).
Spread mixture onto croissant, lettuce wrap, or enjoy as is!
