Pear Crisp

This Pear Crisp is the perfect dessert to make during the Fall season (or anytime for that matter)! Perfectly spiced, with an oat topping that will have you wanting seconds!

Ingredients

PEAR LAYER

  • 10 cups pears or apples peeled/cored/sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

TOPPING

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the sliced apples (or pears) in a 9×13 pan.
  • Mix the white sugar, 1 Tbsp. flour, and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples (or pears).
  • Combine Oats, 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together.
  • Crumble evenly over the apple (or pear) mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve with ice-cream, whipped cream, or as is!
