Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread

Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread comes together using only 5 ingredients! Not only is this a great breakfast option, but this also makes a great sweet treat anytime of the day!

  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls *I used the 8 count packages, the large packages work too
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  • Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, add the white sugar and cinnamon.
  • Add in the cut cinnamon roll pieces and toss to coat thoroughly.
  • Once coated, place in the coated bundt pan evenly.
  • In a small bowl, melt the butter and brown sugar together.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll dough pieces.
  • Place pan into preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool 5 minutes or so and carefully take a knife to loosen any pieces from the side of the pan.
  • Place a plate on top of the pan and flip over carefully.
  • If desired, use the icing from the packaged cinnamon rolls and drizzle over the top evenly.
  • Serve and enjoy!
