Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki

This slow cooker chicken teriyaki is incredibly simple to prepare and will have your family begging for more!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Sugar I used 3/4 cup
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Onion Chopped
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Thawed or Frozen

Instructions

  • In slow cooker, place chicken on bottom
  • Heat remaining ingredients in small sauce pan until thoroughly combined
  • Pour mixture on top of chicken
  • Place lid on slow cooker and cook 4-5 hours on high, or 6-7 on low
  • Once cooked, shred chicken
  • Serve over rice
