- 3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded (or diced)
- 1 cup green beans (or veggie of choice)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup almonds, slivered
- 6 oz. French fried onions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, green beans, cheese, sour cream, mayo, cream of chicken, and almonds.
Spread chicken mixture evenly into pan.
Place pan into oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the onions evenly on top.
Place pan back into oven again and bake an additional 5-8 minutes, or until onions are golden brown.
Remove from oven and serve!
