Cilantro Lime Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt/pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and garlic.
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly.
  • Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Grill shrimp in a cast iron pan (or on skewers) for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove from heat and serve!
