- 8 oz Angel Hair Pasta
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken (I use shredded from my slow cooker, however, a Rotisserie chicken diced works)
- 20 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Mexican Cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain water.
Combine the cooked pasta, chicken, cream of chicken, salsa, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
Pour pasta mixture into prepared casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese evenly on top.
Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Place pan into oven and cook about 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve!
