Easy Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs *beaten
  • 16 oz pumpkin *not puree
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 2 cups flour *all purpose
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting *or homemade

Instructions

  • Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar and oil in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add in dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Spread batter onto an ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Once cool, spread cream cheese frosting on top and enjoy!
