Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter *softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 box Devil's food Instant chocolate pudding mix *small box
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup Peppermint chips *or crushed candy cane/crushed peppermint kisses
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
  • Slowly add in the baking soda and flour.
  • Stir in the peppermint chips and chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough out and roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Place on cookie sheet and place cookie sheet into preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove and allow to cool slightly before enjoyed!
