- 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey *raw is best
- 10 ice cubes *omit if using frozen banana
