Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Chocolate Layer
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Layer
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Chocolate Layer
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt sugar, butter and evaporated milk
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and cook to 234 F, or about 4 more minutes. *Be very careful not to burn the sugar / butter / milk mixture*
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, fluff, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are blended
Pour into greased pan, spreading evenly. Allow to cool on the counter.
For Peanut Butter Layer
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt sugar, butter and evaporated milk
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and cook to 234 F, or about 4 more minutes. *Be very careful not to burn the sugar / butter / milk mixture*
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, fluff, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are blended
Pour over chocolate layer, and allow to set on the counter for at least an hour. *cooling in the fridge will affect the texture*
Flip fudge onto cutting board and cut into 1" x 1" pieces.
