- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg lemon cake mix
- 1 box instant lemon pudding mix *3.4 oz box
- 1 can frosting (if desired)
Grease a bundt pan and preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and egg using a hand mixer.
Add in the cake mix and pudding mix, mixing until combined. *batter will be very thick
Spread batter evenly into prepared pan and place in oven.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
Remove cake pan from oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before turning over onto a serving tray.
Once cake has cooled completely, frost it or sprinkle powdered sugar.
