gather your ingredients
1. Line a 9 inch baking pan with tin foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray. 2. In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, and melted butter. 3. Press mixture onto the bottom of the baking pan. 4. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla using a mixer.

5. Spread mixture over graham cracker layer. 6. Bake in a preheated oven, 325, for about 35 minutes, or until center is just about set up. 7. Remove pan from oven and allow to cool completely. 8. Place pan in freezer for a minimum of 4 hours.

9. Once frozen, use a sharp knife to cut cheesecake into small squares. 10. Melt the chocolate and shortening in a bowl and stir until combined. 11. Use a toothpick to dip each cheesecake square into the melted chocolate evenly. 12. Place cheesecake square on parchment paper to set up.

13. While still wet, you can place a candy heart on the top of each square. 14. Keep refrigerated (or frozen) until serving!
