– Chicken Breasts – Bell Peppers – Onion – Mushrooms – Wood or Metal Skewers

Combine water, vinegar, vegetable oil, minced garlic, and spices in a small bowl. Cut chicken into pieces and place in a Ziploc bag, then pour in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
