Eggs Milk Butter Garlic Spinach Feta Red Pepper Mushrooms  Seasoning of Choice

Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl. Heat butter in a skillet, add garlic, spinach, peppers, seasonings, and veggies (pre-cooked meat if using).
