Today was quite warm outside, so I raided my pantry and found all the ingredients for this yummy slow cooker meal. Not only was it easy and tasty, it didn’t warm up my kitchen, which kept us quite happy!!
I served this with crusty garlic bread! All in all, this meal was a home-run!!
1-1 1/2 packets dry Italian dressing seasoning
1 lb chicken (thawed or frozen)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese
Place chicken in your slow cooker with cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning on top. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours, high 3-4 hours. Once cooked, shred chicken with a fork. Serve over rice or pasta!
*If sauce is too thick for liking, add milk to thin it out.
