Salsa

February 4, 2013 by Kristin Leave a Comment

I prepared this salsa in literally like 5 minutes. It’s fast and easy and so yummy! My husband literally ate half the batch in one sitting. I made this in my food processor, you could make it in the blender too under the chop setting, but be careful not to purée the salsa to much. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 can (28oz) of whole peeled tomatoes
2 Serrano peppers
1 bundle of green onions, only need the green stalks
1/4 of a cilantro bunch
1 garlic clove
1/2 a white onion
Lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in Food processor under chopped setting. Enjoy with chips or with your favorite recipe .
