Pork Chop Marinade

July 7, 2012 by Kristin 2 Comments

With summer weather amongst us, I LOVE to plan grilling meals! My hubby is a grill master and it keeps my kitchen less heated!! This marinade was simple and very flavorful. Be on the lookout for many more grilling recipes, : )

Ingredients:

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp steak seasoning
4 pork chops (boneless is what I used, wont make a difference either way)

Directions:

Mix olive oil, soy sauce, and steak seasoning in a small bowl. Pour into a ziploc bag and add in your uncooked pork chops. Seal bag and shake around making sure pork chops are coated evenly. Throw bag into fridge for 3-8 hours (depending on amount of time before meal). Remove pork chops from bag and throw on grill until fully cooked. Enjoy!
