Piggies in a blanket

March 18, 2013 by Kristin Leave a Comment

My youngest son Brody has been a very picky eater lately. I have to make meals and snacks fun in order for him to take even a few bites. This recipe was a huge success . He ate it all up and so did mommy haha. I kept going back to the cookie sheet and picking up “just one more” , until I pretty much ate most of them.so it’s definitely pregnancy approved as well 🙂 . Hope you have fun making this for your family.

Ingredients:
1 package of little smokies beef
Half a package of ranch dip seasoning
1/2 a stick of butter melted
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 slices of Kraft cheese cut into strips

Directions :
Heat oven to 375°F.
Separate dough into triangles. Since the little smokies are pretty small you can then cut those triangles in half . Wrap dough triangle around each little smokies and two strips of cheese and Place on ungreased cookie sheet, cheese side up. Mix the melted butter and seasoning and brush over the top of the rolled up piggies in a blanket.
Bake at 375°F. for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
