Garlic Parmesan Pull Apart Bread

August 9, 2012 by Kristin 2 Comments

I love trying new side dishes and breads to change up routine dinners. Last night, we were having some leftover lasagna soup, which by the way, I HIGHLY recommend, and I wanted to add something new to the dinner. I found this recipe and since I had all the ingredients, I decided to try it. As my husband put it last night, “you can make this with every dinner and I would LOVE it”. It was yummy and full of the garlic/Parmesan flavor we are fans of! Hope you all enjoy it as much as we did!

Ingredients:

1 can refrigerated Grands biscuits (avoid using the flaky layer kind)
1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Place butter into a bundt pan and place in the oven to melt while oven is preheating. While the butter is melting, cut the biscuits into quarters. In a bowl, toss the biscuit pieces, garlic, cheese, and Italian seasoning together until all is coated. Once butter is melted in bundt pan, remove from oven and add in coated biscuit pieces. Take a spoon and move pieces around to coat in melted butter. Sprinkle any leftover cheese from bowl on top of bundt pan. Place back in oven to cook for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
