When I first got married I knew nothing about cooking. I use to bake my potatoes for mashing, when recipes called for softened cream cheese I would just try to soften it with my hands. Let me assure you I have come a long way from that time. Ha ha. However one of my first recipes that I mastered were these chipotle burgers. Not much to them and they are packed with flavor. The chipotle is just enough for flavor , so if you want a kick you will need to add more . Top them off with your favorite topping and you have a fun summer meal .
1 pound of ground beef
2 tablespoons of Chipotle sauce
1 tablespoon of A1 sauce
1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1 egg (to help mixture stay together)
Directions: mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover mixture and place in fridge for an hour or two to marinate . Remove from fridge. Form patties and Grill!
